House of traditional architecture , with a stone-inlay façade, located in Town of Rosais.
Rebuilt in 2003, the house has 3 bedrooms, decorated with rustic furniture, cable tv, DVD, Hi-Fi sound system, kitchen with all appliances, patio with swimming pool, where you can enjoy a good swim, or just relax taking your tea, while you see the sunset. Outside kitchen with b.b.q. and old wood oven, all of this having as a background the Village of Velas and the canal between Pico and S. Jorge.
After a walk or tour around the island, you can relax in our sauna/shower or take a nice bath with hidromassage using various extracts of oil.

If you visit us in Autumn or Winter you can opt to read about the S. Jorge island, play checkers, or chess as well as savor a good homemade liquor, all of this by the heat of the fireplace.

To serve you better, we also offer a computer with Internet access for your use. (With request before arrival only)

At your arrival will be a nice tray of “Espécies “(local traditional sweet) served with coffee or tea.
